What to Expect
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your inbox, you’re not alone. Most people were never taught how to manage email in a way that feels calm or sustainable. This page is here to help you understand what it’s like to work together, what to expect, and how to decide what support feels right for you.
Take your time and see what resonates, or download the checklist.
Working with The Inbox Reset is designed to feel calm and supportive. I value your time, so we focus on why you’re here.
Our time together is collaborative, straightforward, and to the point.
We focus on what matters most so we can use our time well.
I’ll ask questions, listen, and guide the process, but we’ll make decisions together based on how you actually use your inbox.
There’s no pressure to be prepared or have things figured out ahead of time. The goal is to create a process that is clear, practical, and efficient, so you leave feeling confident and in control of your inbox.

-
No. This is email organization help for real people, not a complicated tech setup. Together, we’ll discuss what’s feeling overwhelming and create a plan to make your inbox easier to manage.
-
Never. Your inbox and personal information remain private only to you. Nothing is saved, shared, or reviewed by me outside of the session(s). You’ll work from your own laptop or computer (same for me), and you stay in control of your inbox throughout.
I will never ask for your passwords, log into your email account, or retain access to your information.
-
That’s normal. Systems are meant to support real life, not perfection. Part of our work is making sure you understand how to reset and adjust when things get busy.
-
The goal is for you to feel confident managing your inbox independently. While some clients may choose additional or follow-up sessions, ongoing maintenance is not required.
-
The goal isn’t inbox zero, it’s inbox clarity. For some people, that means fewer emails in their inbox. For others, it means a structure that makes decisions easier. We’ll define what “organized” means for you.
-
Between sessions, you’ll practice and apply what you’re learning and use your inbox in real time. Notice what feels challenging, come back with questions, and make adjustments at the next session. I also want to hear about your wins.
-
I will travel within a three-mile radius to neutral locations only (library, co-working, quiet café, lobby lounges). No home visits.
-
If you're comfortable sharing your screen and working through your inbox together online, a virtual session is a great option. If you think it would be better to be in-person, that works for me too. We will achieve the same results regardless of the delivery method.
-
That’s okay. Many people reach out because they feel overwhelmed by unread emails, email clutter, or years of inbox buildup. You do not need to clean anything before we meet.
-
That depends on where you’re starting and what you want your inbox to do. People leave a single session with noticeable clarity. Structure and habits build over time, which is why follow-up support is available.

You’re looking for a one-time, quick fix rather than an approach you’ll continue to use
You aren’t open to changing how you currently manage your inbox
You’re looking for something that doesn’t require revisiting or fine-tuning
