These Terms of Service outline how services are provided and what you can expect when working with me.
Approach
The Inbox Reset provides digital organization support through structured, guided sessions. Services may include inbox organization, digital decluttering, guided reset package, maintenance sessions, and personalized recommendations.
Sessions are collaborative and focused on simple, sustainable systems you can maintain on your own. Results may vary depending on individual workflows, email volume, and follow-through between sessions.
Scheduling
All sessions are by appointment only and scheduled online.
If you arrive late to your appointment, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Missed time cannot be extended or rescheduled.
For multi-session offerings, you will book the first session online and schedule the remaining sessions together.
Payment
A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.
Maintenance sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.
Any remaining balance for applicable services is charged after the session once services are complete.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Cancellation & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, which will be retained from the deposit
No-shows may be charged the full session amount.
If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible to avoid fees.
Additional Time
If a session extends beyond the scheduled time, additional time is billed at $25 per 15 minutes.
Additional time applies only to a continuation of an in-session inbox reset of any service. I will always check with you before extending a session, and you may decline additional time at any point.
Any additional charges will be billed after the session.
Scope of Services
The Inbox Reset provides organizational support and guidance. It is not an IT support or cybersecurity service. Clients remain responsible for their own account security, passwords, and technical settings.
Privacy & Access
Your inbox content and personal information remain private.
You will always work from your own laptop or computer. I will never ask for your password(s), log into your email account, or retain access to your inbox or personal information.

Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of this work, refunds are not offered.
